Here are some tips, and suggestions for getting your baby to sleep through the night. Although sometimes a very stressful process, it can be very rewarding when you finally succeed with this task.

HELP TO INCREASE YOUR BABIES WANT TO SLEEP:

Insuring that you are putting your child to bed sleepy instead of when they are already sleeping can be an important step in helping to teach your child how to fall asleep on their own. Once your child successfully falls asleep on their own, it can be easier for if they wake up at anytime they can fall back asleep by themselves. Also increase the amount of feedings right before bedtime to help ensure this as well. This will help your breastfeeding baby to sleep longer. A snack like baby cereal will take longer to digest there for keeping your baby full for the night.

ALLOW THEM TO WAKE UP EASILY:

Once it is time for your baby to wake up, open the blinds or curtains to increase the amount of light during the day.
